HAAS VF-2 SS

Absolute Machine & Tooling is equipped with not one but four HAAS VF-2 SS machines, which are known for their high spindle speeds, lightning fast rapids, and capacity for quick tool changes. This is a 3-axis machine capable of incredibly high volume production with reduced cycle times.

HAAS VF-3

We also have three HAAS VF-3 units, which are fully customizable for complex projects. These 3-axis machines offer high power, direct drive spindles, and more X and Z-axis travel than you could find in other models.

HAAS VF-4

The HAAS VF-4 is a 3-ais unit that offers larger work envelopes than the smaller models and comes complete with high power, direct drive spindles and a 20 tool capacity at 8.1k RPM.

HAAS UMC-750 SS

Two of these HAAS UMC-750 SS machines have been an invaluable asset for our machinists. Capable of 5-axis simultaneous machining, this model also offers a powerful inline direct drive spindle, a high speed trunnion table, and even includes an innovative wireless probing system that is every bit as intuitive as it is robust.

DMG MORI CMX 1100 V

Absolute Machine & Tooling has two of the solution-based DMG MORI CMX 1100 V. It brings with it the full power of the Internet of Things and comes with a direct measuring system in standard.
